The C & Z cold laminated profiles are a recommend solution to fixing our panels on the metallic construction buildings.

This profiles are manufacturing y profiling machines, including a mobile head for made to measure perforating.

We can manufacture special profiles up to 4 mm thickness.

ACH Z PROFILES

Geometry

The ACH Z profiles are cold formed from a structural steel sheet hot laminated according to UNE-EN 10025:2006, and from a galvanized steel sheet according to UNE-EN 10.326.

The hot laminated structural steels can be supplied hot galvanized by immersion s/ UNE-EN ISO 1461.

The ACH Z profiles are made to measure in lenght and with differents possibilities of perforating to facilitate the assembly and the screwed joints of this elements.

Features

Tolerances

Dimensional tolerances and the cross section of the profile are rights to the following:

UNE-EN 1.0162

UNE-EN 1.090-2

(See functionals tolerances range both to Class 1 and Class 2)

Overloads of use (daN/m2)

The profile is considered continuous and supported on three spans.

The elastic limit of steel is equal to or greater than 2.350 Kp/cm2 according to C.T.E.

Deflection L/250

The overload could be increase if considering overlap between straps.
