The PIR core panels are the choice for the majority of construction and insulation applications.
The ACH-PIR panel thus becomes the complete option which satisfies the requirements of a demanding market as regards quality, safety and insulation.
The polyisocyanurate (PIR) core of the panel comes from a family of polyurethanes with the structure of the polymer modified with isocyanurate structures.
The magnificent quality of the materials used, together with the design of the ACH panels and the application of the latest technological advances in components and production processes, has enabled us to obtain the B-s1, d0 classification for the range of PIR panels according to the European 13501-1 standard.
Galvanized steel S220GD according to the EN10346 norm, thickness between 0.5mm and 1.00mm and coating according to the client´s request.
Organic coating according to EN10169 standard.
It can be manufactured in other materials such as stainless steel, aluminium, etc.
Made up of injected polyisocyanurate foam.
Our own milling system which guarantees filling any gaps on the profile.
The classification of the polyisocyanurate foam according to their reaction to fire is B-s1, d0.
It goes up to 163ºC.
Behaviour in case of fire is much better
than that of other conventional foams.
The simplicity of our PIR sandwich panels, combined with the fixing
system, makes it possible to fit them more quickly than with any other solution for industrial
enclosures.
The limited weight makes economic savings possible when handling and installing in comparison with other alternatives.
Favourable evaluation by insurance companies.
The PIR panels have an insulation coefficient which puts them at the
top of the insulating materials league table.
They do not undergo large dilations or contractions according to the temperature.
They avoid the risk of lamination of the insulating foam.
Closed cellular structure that makes it possible to conserve the
enclosure in the best possible condition.
At ACH Panels we have developed different building solutions which supply the comfort, insulation and protection that is required by projects designed to satisfy current needs in the construction of facades, roofs and internal partitions in a wide variety of buildings:
