Basic TO Wall Panel

Self-supporting metal panel formed by two metal surfaces and a polyurethane foam insulation (PUR) with concealed fixing system. For use on the facades of industrial and commercial buildings and for general partitioning purposes.

The unique joint design ensures the correct positioning of the fixings with a V-shaped fitting located on the male side of the exterior sheet. Fixing is achieved by means of two support screws separated by a space of 30mm.

The panel may be installed both vertically and horizontally.

Option with PIR foam insulation (Bs2 d0).

Guaranteed values with external steel sheet with a thickness of 0.5mm and an internal steel sheet with a thickness of 0.5mm. The span l in metres corresponding to the overloads p (daN/m²) uniformly distributed were obtained in load tests carried out in our laboratories and guarantee both a deflection f < = / / 200 and a safety coefficient that complies with requirements as laid down by the UEAtc for sandwich panels and which have been drawn up and applied by the main European certification bodies.
